Job Designer will allow you to streamline your workflow, improving service to your clients by taking care of the entire scheduling and billing process.

Room scheduling
Whether you manage studios, conference rooms, classrooms or other room-based facilities, Job Designer will help by allowing you to easily organize many events- and providing an intuitive way to link other items such as
equipment or employees - and other items, with a few clicks of the mouse.

Room scheduling is simplified with rooms arranged in vertical columns and grouped into categories. Creating a job is easily accomplished by dragging a time range in the desired resource column, right-clicking with the mouse and selecting a client. From here other resources such as pre-defined tasks, people, equipment and other items can be linked to the job by selecting from a list of database entries. Jobs can be grouped into projects for group invoicing and reporting purposes.

Conflicts
Job Designer will immediately warn if any equipment, people or room conflicts are detected either when jobs are created, moved or when durations are altered.

Employee / equipment scheduling - Get a quick overview of employee and equipment availability at any time by simply selecting the appropriate view. Employee and equipment events can be re-arranged in any of the scheduler views and also be cross-linked to any room.

Installing the Job Designer scheduler is straightforward, and is completed in a couple of minutes, even on a network!
